Messenger cranes are back and better than ever!!!

In Chinese and Japanese mythology the crane was the intermediary between heaven and earth, carrying messages from the gods to humans. The crane represents long life, eternal youth, good fortune, happiness, and vigilance.

My cranes don't exactly carry messages from the gods but they DO carry a tiny message to your loved ones! They can't quite fly either but they CAN be sent in the handmade origami envelope that comes with them, so they make perfect greetings cards which double up as beautiful keep sake, fortune bringing decorations, each with it's own precious stone or sparkling Swarovski crystal.

I've been working on packaging and hope to get some in craft shops soon but at the moment I'm taking orders on Folksy, Where I can custom make them for you with your own message and choice of papers.

Most Special Valentines ♥♥

Valentines day is worth splashing out for. I wanted to make a card that was so beautiful it could be kept on display all year long! Obviously valentines day has passed now but I can still make these! They're absolutely perfect for a paper (1st) wedding anniversary or just to declare your love. And of course if you wanted the wording changed or anything personalised I am extremely happy to help!

Feedback from customers... "truly beautiful and very well received." "love love love love love it delivery amazingly fast - will be ordering again and again" To my shop

It all begins...

Business cards to advertise my degree show exhibition from the Norwich school of Art and Design. I embossed my website address on to each wing. I made about 600 of them in the days inbetween deadline day and open night when I had no idea what to do with my new found freedom. Some one soon told me the story of a thousand cranes, kept me folding away happily.
